As soon as payment is confirmed at Art Lover VIP, Paddle, our payment processor, automatically sends an email to the customer with confirmation of the order together with any instructions.
On rare occasions things may go wrong.
The visitor may for example have incorrectly entered their email address during the payment procedure, or their Spam or Whitelist settings might have prevented the email from being delivered, or the email may have been moved to a special folder.
Sometimes PayPal addresses are different than the address that was entered, and this too can cause confusion.
Whatever the problem, don't worry!
Three Steps To Resolve Email Order Issues
Check your Spam or Whitelist folder as 99% of the time that's where your email is hiding!
If you paid by PayPal, login to your account and double check your bank details are up to date and that the order was successful.
