End User License Agreement (EULA)
When you download a high definition image, audio, or publication file from Art Lover VIP, you agree to the following Art Lover VIP End User License Agreement known as an EULA.
For the purpose of this agreement digital downloads that include images, audio, PDFs, and other digital files are called "Items".
All Items for download at Art Lover VIP have the same license terms.
Art Lover VIP EULA - Short Version
You can use Items for your personal use, for example you may print an Item so that it is framed for your personal use, but Items may not be shared for others to print, distribute, or used for commercial gain, nor may they be used in products that are sold, for example as a printed artwork. The principle of personal use, and the prohibition of commercial gain in this example applies to all Items.

You can use Items for your personal use, for example you may print an Item so that it is framed for your personal use, but Items may not be shared for others to print, distribute, or used for commercial gain, nor may they be used in products that are sold, for example as a printed artwork. What You Can Do As A Licensee
You have a lifetime personal license to enjoy the Item paid for.
You may print, display, play, read, and enjoy Items for your own personal pleasure without restriction.
You may copy Items on your own computers and devises for your personal use.
You may save and backup the item for your future enjoyment.
What You Cannot Do As A Licensee
You cannot re-sell, or re-distribute Items;
You cannot use Items in on-demand services;
You cannot use Items as the basis for merchandising.
You cannot use Items in Broadcast presentations.
You cannot use Items to create an End Product for yourself or for a client.
You cannot redistribute Items as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files.
You cannot use an Item in any application allowing an end user to customize a digital product to their specific needs, such as an “on demand”, “made to order” or “build it yourself” application.
You cannot claim trademark or service mark rights over an Item within the End Product created using Items.
